Initial and Long-term investors

We understand that different investors have different appetites to risks and investment horizons. We designed 2 different programs to investment in Nemo hotels that might be suitable for a number of potential financial partners:

Initial investors

These are private individuals or legal entities that can invest in launching stages of new Nemo hotels. As soon as a new hotel is up and running an Initial Investor “exits” from the business, passing its stake to so-called “Secondary” (usually retail) investors, who have a lower appetite for risks along with lower profit margins expectations. The required amount of initial investments starts either from £1 or £2.5 million depending on a title of premises used (leased or purchased). The expected investment term is 12 months. An Initial Investor, however, can stay in the business for a longer period if he wishes to on the conditions that are usually offered to the Secondary Investors.

Long-term Investors

These are private individuals or legal entities that can invest in launching new hotels with the following long-term participation in that business. Such kind of investments might be particular appealing to foreign individuals who wants to immigrate to the UK as “Entrepreneurs”. The required amount of investments under this program starts either from £1 or £2.5 million depending on a title of premises used (leased or purchased). The expected investment term is 5 to 20 years. However Long-term investors can “exit” at any time, by selling their stakes to third parties or the Secondary Investors.
